I am a Clinical and Health Psychologist with over 20 years experience working as a Psychologist across a range of mental health, hospital and other community health based environments. I have always maintained a strong recovery focus in my work, helping individuals restore hope, meaning and purpose back into their lives. Utilising my clinical and health Psychology training, I also adopt a more holistic approach, looking to address both mental health and physical health related issues, including adjustment to illness and disability.
Finally, having lived and worked in both urban and rural areas, in particular, I have come to understand and appreciate many of the unique benefits and challenges experienced by individuals living in rural and remote communities.

I have completed post-graduate training in both clinical and health Psychology, including completing a PhD. I am also a published author and a board approved supervisor.
As a Registered Psychologist with 16 years of experience working in the psychology field, I have a strong commitment and passion to supporting people reach their goals, and helping people feel empowered in their journey towards well-being. Throughout this time, I have worked in the government and private settings. I have extensive experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. With warmth, empathy and compassion, I seek to offer clients experiences of feeling genuinely heard, accepted and understood, and to provide support through learning new skills and developing deeper understanding of oneself. Lisa is passionate about veteran mental health and supporting current and former serving members of the Australian Defence Force.

Qasim is a seasoned General Registered Psychologist who focuses on enhancing well-being for adults through comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. He also serves as a Teaching Associate at Monash and La Trobe Universities, sharing his expertise in statistics with students. Currently, he is in the final semester of his PhD at RMIT University.

After a decade working with youth addiction, alcohol & drug rehab and mental health case management, Justin committed to learning better ways to help people in crisis. He completed his Masters in Clinical Psychology at Deakin University in Victoria in 2013 and his clinical endorsement in 2017 whilst working in the Townsville Hospital & Health Service where his support of patients led him to positions within cardiology, renal and slow stream rehabilitation wards as well as the chronic disease community health setting.
His love of wide open spaces and the uniqueness of rural and remote communities saw Justin spend 2 years working in Alice Springs exclusively with local indigenous groups and 3 years in several inland Queensland communities covering NDIS, chronic disease, persistent pain and rural and remote health clients.
Whilst specialising in persistent pain, trauma, rural and remote and men’s health, Justin has experience across most psychological issues including depression, anxiety, and childhood attachment. His approach is client-centred, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental with a belief that building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship must come first and foremost.
